Payments and Lead Times:
A deposit of 50% of the order total (less shipping costs) is required to initiate your order. The lead-time quoted to you at the time of your purchase begins upon receipt of said deposit. The remaining 50% plus all shipping costs are due upon receipt of the product by the client.
Given the nature and value of our work, it is critical to have a shipping carrier that is sensitive to the special handling requirements of custom furniture. All work is either blanket wrapped or crated, and is fully insured for shipping. We currently ship anywhere in the USA and Canada. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the work and will be quoted as an additional charge. Shipping estimates can be provided upon request.
Returns are allowed up to 14 days following the receipt of the product. All freight charges associated with the inbound and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders may not be returned or cancelled without forfeiting of the deposit.
